Progress and Achievements of 2015

08 December 2015

2015 has been a momentous year for eQuaLearn as a training provider. Let us share a few highlights of what we’ve done for our customers in the past year.

Free training

As before, in 2015 eQuaLearn team has worked hard to organize free training at Nadcap meetings. Nearly 500 customers have benefitted from the complimentary training at the three Nadcap meetings held in Berlin, Montreal and Pittsburgh. As usual, eQuaLearn’s premium Root Cause Corrective Action and Nadcap Audit Preparation courses showed the highest popularity rate. eQuaLearn will continue to provide complimentary training at the 2016 Nadcap meetings.

Free resources

Aiming at continual improvement of customer service and adding value, eQuaLearn developed a new user friendly and cross-browser compatible website. At the same time, a new series of free whitepapers has been created and made available online. Now customers have access to free first-hand information on internal auditing techniques, such as Data Gathering, Identifying Easy Targets and Preparing for an Internal Audit.

In response to customer demand, the Heat Treat webinar series has been successfully launched, with titles like Basic Metallurgy, Heat Treating of Aluminium and Titanium Alloys, Heat Treating of Alloy Steels and many more. The new webinars received plenty of interest and positive participant feedback.

The growing number of training courses has created the need for more instructors. Four new instructors from the UK and the USA went through special training in 2015 and will start teaching next year.

Onsite training

2015 was also remarkably productive with regard to onsite training. 61 companies from all over the world have had special process or quality related customized training with eQuaLearn. Large aerospace manufacturers like Safran, Honeywell, Alcoa and Zodiac Aerospace benefitted from the cost effectiveness and convenience of having eQuaLearn’s esteemed instructors teach at their premises.

“Everything we do at eQuaLearn is aimed at delivering customer value. Following the voice of our customers and responding to their demand by creating new courses, updating the existing ones and improving our services is what makes us a successful professional development program. We look forward to meeting and exceeding customer expectations in 2016.” Michele Stefanchik, Supervisor – eQuaLearn
